Federal Regulations require that all canines being transported within the United States have a current Department of Agriculture Interstate Health Certificate issued from a Veterinarian licensed by the state, which the canine was picked up from. Dated no longer than 10 days before the canine is dropped off in New England. This certificate MUST accompany the canine along with copies of all vaccine and medical records. This certificate insures everyone involved that the canine is healthy, up to date on vaccines, and not communicable in even the slightest way

Cancellations must be conducted by e-mail to PLRDOGTRANSPORT@GMAIL.COM a minimum of 48 hours prior to animal pick up time to receive a full refund. For Medical Emergencies the fee will also be waived with documentation from a certified veterinarian. Incorrect or incomplete documentation will result in forfeiture of fee and the animal will not be transported. Please contact us if you have any questions on documentation needed.

Medication and special needs. We are happy to assist an animal with personal needs they may have. Please let us know in advance and create a letter of instructions for our chauffeurs to follow.

The chauffeurs reserve the right to decide what can and can't be allowed in a crate with our VIP travellers. We want our VIPs to be happy but never at the cost of safety.....

Please remember that spots must be confirmed by PLR Dog Transport and then you'll be to pay your donation fee. All trips require pre-payment and full travel documentation prior to the pup being allowed to board.
